Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda)'s annual fundraiser returns on September 9 with an in-person event on the courtyard lawn of the Pacific Tower.

Friends of community development, affordable housing, and a good time are invited for this unique evening benefitting SCIDpda's preservation and development work in the Chinatown International District (CID) neighborhood.



🍸 Cocktail Reception & Program: Enjoy food and drink catered by Tamarind Tree (vegan options available) while enjoying a jazzy ambiance, an exciting program, and the outdoor air of Pacific Hospital's courtyard lawn. This event is 21+.

• Keynote Speech from John Kim, JD , Executive Director of Pacific Hospital PDA

📍 A Relevant Location: The event will take place near the future home of SCIDpda's North Lot project, a mixed-use development that will bring much-needed affordable housing, childcare, and senior services to where North Beacon Hill meets the CID. Registration is now open!

The standard price for tickets are $100, but tickets are available on a sliding scale to provide a more inclusive event, starting at $50 (for students, non-profit employees, early career professionals, etcetera). Tickets purchased at the $200 "Supporting" level ensure that guests at more income levels are able to join us.
