Formed by the community in 1975, SCIDpda is a community development organization and steward of the Chinatown International District (CID). This work includes providing affordable housing for low-income residents, support to small businesses, and community-minded real estate development that increases the availability of much-needed housing and resources for communities in our area.



This year's fundraiser honors the small businesses that give this neighborhood its vibrant identity. By attending the 2024 SCIDpda Annual Fundraiser, you can support our mission and contribute to the economic growth of small businesses. Together, we can preserve the CID's legacy, block by block.



🍸 More About the Event: We'll see you at Washington Hall, right next door to one of SCIDpda's most recent development projects, 13th & Fir Apartments. Enjoy dinner and drinks from Wildcats Catering, and music from Nodaphone and DJ Daps. Our event emcee and auctioneer (it's the return of our live auction!) is Aleksa Manila, a celebrated and respected drag personality and activist in Seattle's LGBTQ and Asian Pacific Islander communities, who will bring energy and stage presence to our event program.



🌇 Preserving Legacy in the Present: This event benefits SCIDpda’s general operating fund, and provides critical support for our work with affordable housing, small businesses, and community development in the Chinatown International District. This is your opportunity to participate in the CID's future!



🎟️ Registration is Now Open: In registration, guests are welcome to purchase tickets in any of the three levels: Supporting ($200), Standard ($125), and Discount ($65). All ticket options give guests the same access to the 2024 SCIDpda Annual Fundraiser. Please purchase whichever of the three allows you to attend and participate to the fullest!
