Since 1975, the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda) has supported the housing affordability, economy, health, safety, and cultural needs of residents, businesses, and larger community of the Chinatown International District (CID). As a steward and stabilizing force for the neighborhood, our work ranges from community-oriented services to community-minded real estate development.

SCIDpda implements a holistic, comprehensive approach to community development. We provide service in 3 areas: affordable housing and commercial property management, community economic development and community engagement, and real estate development.
