Support Filipinotown Seattle
Your donation helps preserve and celebrate the legacy of Filipino Americans in Seattle’s Filipinotown — affirming the historic and living community that helped shape what is now known as the International District.

Filipinotown Seattle began in 2017 as a response to the willful erasure of Filipino American history in the International District. What started as a coalition of community leaders and neighbors has grown into a movement — bringing visibility, pride, and recognition to the Filipino community that helped shape the neighborhood.
Your gift sustains this work by supporting:
- Cultural preservation and storytelling — uncovering hidden histories, artifacts, and stories of Filipino life in the ID.
- Community programs and events — from walking tours and poetry workshops to art installations and the upcoming Filipinotown Street Fair.
- Small business and artist support — partnering with local Filipino entrepreneurs, creatives, and cultural workers to keep our neighborhood vibrant.
Every contribution, big or small, helps build a future where Filipino American history is not forgotten — but celebrated, seen, and shared.
Filipinotown Seattle is fiscally sponsored by the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda). Your donation is tax-deductible.
