Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority
Formed by the community in 1975, SCIDpda is a community development organization and steward of the Chinatown International District (CID). This work includes providing affordable housing for low-income residents and commercial space for small businesses and non-profits, community economic development and engagement, and real estate development to increase the availability of housing and equitable space in our area.
