Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority
Formed by the community in 1975, SCIDpda is a community development organization and steward of the Chinatown International District (CID). This work includes providing affordable housing for low-income residents, support to small businesses, and real estate development that increases the availability of housing and much needed resources for communities in our area.
